24FS040 4MFI Reliance Low Density Polyethylene GP Film is a film grade Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) produced by high pressure tubular process. Special Characteristics

• LL7810A Innoplus LDPE Resin Granules is a metallocene polyethylene with hexene comonomers, without slip and antiblock. This grade is a high performance grade which offer an outstanding mechanical properties and down-gauging. Films extruded from InnoPlus LL7810A have an excellent tensile and dart impact strength properties. It is suitable for both blown film and cast film processing. 

Typical Applications:

EL-LENE D777C is an Autoclave LDPE grade for extrusion coating/lamination

Processing Techniques

For extrusion coating of D777C, it is recommended to apply primer or corona treatment on substrate before coating for better adhesion. The actual extrusion condition depends on the type of machine, size and thickness. Generally, melt temperature 290-340 o C. should be obtained. Minimum recommended air gap is 150 mm.

J1020FF20 is a natural Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin for foam and film extrusion. It has very good melt strength which provides uniform cell structure, cell growth and stiffness in foam.
